📋 Buyer's Compliance Checklist (Section 195)
1.Obtain TAN before deducting TDS
2.Deduct TDS on EACH instalment / advance payment
3.Deposit TDS via Challan 281 within 7 days from month-end
4.File quarterly Form 27Q (NOT 26QB — that's for residents)
5.Issue Form 16A to NRI seller within 15 days of filing 27Q
6.If NRI provides Section 197 certificate, deduct at that lower rate
